Bright pale lemon. Fruity bouquet with hints of citrus and a slight minerality. The palate is fresh, smooth, round, somewhat rich in flavour and with long persistence.
It can be cellared for several years and will develop interesting hydrocarbon notes with ageing
It pairs beautifully with antipasti, fish, white meat, light pasta and rice dishes, as well as fresh cheeses.

The Di Filippo winery is situated in Cannara (Perugia) with 30 hectares of vineyards, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun-drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria.
Di Filippo believe that high-quality grapes can only be produced by working with care and by showing respect for the principles and rhythms of nature. The grapes are cultivated strictly following certified organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of fungicides, herbicides, or other chemical compounds. These natural methods help the land to give its best, resulting in lower production yields per hectare and exceptional, characteristic wines.
