Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimum orders - you can purchase any quantity you prefer - one bottle, four bottles, 3 x 6 pack cases etc

In many instances where you have the option of purchasing a 6 pack case of a wine, it will be more cost effective per bottle to purchase a 6 pack case rather than say, four bottles

$9.90 shipping is charged for orders up to $250 (for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS), after which shipping is free!

A flat rate of $29.95 will be applied for all orders to WA

How much is shipping?

We apply flat rate shipping charge of $9.90 per total order up to $250 to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS.

Delivery is FREE for orders over $250!

For shipping to WA, a flat rate of $29.95 will be applied to all purchases.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is applied to all orders over $250, to all Australian states (except WA where a flat rate of $29.95 is applied for all orders)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time will vary between 2 and 14 business days (two to ten working days to most Australian cities, and two to fourteen working days for rural and regional areas).


These are the approximate delivery times:

Sydney: 2 to 5 business days

Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra: 2 to 7 business days

Adelaide and Hobart: 3 to 10 business days

Western Australia 7 to 14 business days.

Please note that we do our utmost best to deliver in a timely manner. Deliveries are carried out by Australia Post and Aramex and your shipment may unfortunately be subject to delays due to an inundation of orders during particular events such as 'Black Friday' sales or the lead up to festive periods like Christmas.

Should there be adverse weather conditions ie: bushfires, heatwave, or flood, we may hold your order until there are more favourable conditions to allow safe delivery of your wine.

Other unprecedented events such as the Covid pandemic have also unfortunately lead to a sharp increase in online orders across Australia with couriers at times unable to meet our deadlines. We therefore kindly ask for your understanding.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order and if possible, place your order ahead of time to allow for possible delays and avoid disappointment.

If you require delivery for a particular date, plaese contact us prior and we will do our best to ensure delivery for the preferred date.

What time are deliveries made?

Wine deliveries are normally carried out between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

Can I receive my order if I am not home?

Yes, we can generally deliver to you even if you are not home.

We kindly ask you to provide detailed instructions as to a safe place where you would like your wine to be left eg: please leave at front door, behind the bins away from street view etc

If you live within an apartment complex, please indicate if there is a concierge or someone who can accept the shipment on your behalf.

We can deliver to a business address. Please ensure that the company authorises the delivery of alcohol.

It is generally not possible to organise delivery at a specfic time, however please provide details with your order and we will do our best.

If no delivery instructions are provided we will contact you prior to desptach.

If no one is home at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left to arrange for redelivery.

Who can receive and sign for the delivery?

By Australian Law it is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18

Can you ship to an office or business address?

Yes! Please ensure you have provided the exact delivery address (company name, floor etc) and that you are authorised to receive deliveries at your workplace.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We unfortunately are not able to offer same day delivery, however if you are in Sydney and require delivery within 48 hours, please contact us on 0410 193980 or info@navigli.com.au and we will do our best.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Australian Liqour License laws do not allow shipment outside of Australia.

Orders can be made from any country outside of Australia, but we can deliver within Australia only

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards and PayPal.

I want to send the wine as a gift. Can you giftwrap it and/or include a card?

If you wish to send the wine as a present and would like it to be giftwrapped with a handwriiten card/note, please let us know prior and we would be happy to make this gift even more special

Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to Navigli Pty Ltd and “you” means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract can only be varied in writing by letter or email.

Legal Capacity to Transact

Under the Liquor Act 2007 it is an offence to:
– Supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years old
– For a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive liquor
You cannot place orders with Navigli if you are under the age 18 years. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years.

Placing Your Order

When you place an order with Navigli via our website or over the telephone you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

Information contained on the Navigli website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes, or should be deemed as, a guarantee that we can supply any product, however, we will make every effort to supply products to you.

If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Navigli reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

Navigli currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express, through Eway Secure Payment Gateway. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.

GST

Navigli purchases include GST where applicable.

Prices

Please take care to enter your delivery address accurately and completely, as Navigli will not take responsibility for any deliveries which are lost as a result of incomplete or incorrect details.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please or Australia Post) will leave a card to arrange for redelivery and/or pick-up from Fastway, the Couriers Please Depot at your closest Storage King or the Post Office. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

Consumer Guarantees

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at www.consumerlaw.gov.au.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods on info@navigli.com.au to arrange a return. Please return the products in their original condition in the Navigli carton. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer and Navigli will issue a full refund for the goods. However, you will be expected to cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.

If your order has been packed incorrectly by Navigli and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify
Navigli strictly within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Navigli will request that you return the incorrect items in their original condition in the Navigli carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 14 days, Navigli will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

If the product you receive is damaged or tainted, please contact us on info@navigli.com.au or 0410193980 within 7 days of receiving your order and take a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging in order to assist us with making a claim.

If you believe the wine is tainted please keep the wine and the original cork so we are able to assess it. We will arrange to pick up the stock and organise a refund of the purchase price for tainted and damaged product and any subsequent bottles that are returned in their original condition or we will organise delivery of replacement product.

Our Liability

To the extent permitted by law:
Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

General

You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Navigli. Any unauthorised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

Navigli reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Navigli is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Navigli shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Shopify and Navigli containing your order details. Navigli ships all orders from our climate controlled Sydney warehouse via NSW Liquor logistics, Aramex (formerly known as Fastway) or Australia Post.

Depending on your location within Australia, the delivery time will vary between 2 and 14 business days (two to ten working days to most Australian cities, and two to fourteen working days for rural and regional areas).
Delivery to Sydney is 2 to 5 business days; Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra 2 to 7 business days; Adelaide and Hobart 3 to 10 business days and WA 7 to 14 business days.

Wine deliveries are normally carried out between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left to advise re-delivery options. We are able to deliver to an office address, however, please ensure that your workplace authorises delivery of alcohol and that you have provided full company name, address, building and floor details.

Please note that in extreme weather conditions (i.e.: heat wave or flood), delivery may take a little longer. We may hold your order until there are more favourable weather conditions to allow safe delivery of wine.

We will not deliver wines to anyone under the age of 18.

Our flat rate delivery fees of $9.90 applies to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS.
