Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” refers to Navigli Pty Ltd and “you” means you the customer.

These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between us and you for the supply of Products. The Contract can only be varied in writing by letter or email.

Legal Capacity to Transact

Under the Liquor Act 2007 it is an offence to:
– Supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years old
– For a person under the age of 18 to purchase or receive liquor
You cannot place orders with Navigli if you are under the age 18 years. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 years.

Placing Your Order

When you place an order with Navigli via our website or over the telephone you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

Information contained on the Navigli website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes, or should be deemed as, a guarantee that we can supply any product, however, we will make every effort to supply products to you.

If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you an order confirmation and tax invoice via email; however, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedures for verifying the bona fides of each order placed, for the purpose of preventing credit card or payment fraud.

Navigli reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Payment Methods and Processing

Navigli currently accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal, through the Shopify Secure Payment Gateway. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.


Navigli purchases include GST where applicable.


Please take care to enter your delivery address accurately and completely, as Navigli will not take responsibility for any deliveries which are lost as a result of incomplete or incorrect details.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your order confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Aramex or Australia Post) will leave a card to arrange for redelivery and/or pick-up from the closest Aramex Depot or Australia Post Office. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

Consumer Guarantees

Consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, see the Australian Consumer Law website at www.consumerlaw.gov.au.

Returns Policy

If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods on info@navigli.com.au to arrange a return. Please return the products in their original condition in the Navigli carton. Return shipping for ordering the incorrect item will be at the expense of the customer and Navigli will issue a full refund for the goods. However, you will be expected to cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.

If your order has been packed incorrectly by Navigli and you receive the incorrect product in your shipment, please notify
Navigli strictly within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Navigli will request that you return the incorrect items in their original condition in the Navigli carton. On receipt of the intact returned goods, and within 14 days, Navigli will refund to you the amount for the incorrect item/s, plus the return shipping costs.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.

If the product you receive is damaged or tainted, please contact us on info@navigli.com.au or 0410193980 within 7 days of receiving your order and take a photo of the damaged bottle and packaging in order to assist us with making a claim.

If you believe the wine is tainted please keep the wine and the original cork so we are able to assess it. We will arrange to pick up the stock and organise a refund of the purchase price for tainted and damaged product and any subsequent bottles that are returned in their original condition or we will organise delivery of replacement product.

Our Liability

To the extent permitted by law:
Our maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.


You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Navigli. Any unauthorised assignment shall be deemed null and void. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.

Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.

Navigli reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time.

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Navigli is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Navigli shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.


Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information and data contained on this web site, visitors to the site should note that this information and data is subject to change without notice, and its use, for whatever purpose is at your sole risk. No warranties, either express or implied are provided by Navigli and all promotional deals and offers are subject to terms and conditions which may vary from time to time and to the availability of stock.

Accept no liability for any use of the said information and data or reliance placed on it. 3.
