- About The Producer
The Cieck Estate was founded by Remo Falconieri in 1985 and is located in San Giorgio Canavese, Piedmont, between the towns of Turin and Ivrea.
They mainly grow Erbaluce, an ancient local white grape in addition to other native varieties such as Nebbiolo, Barbera, Neretto and Freisa.
The land originated from the Balteo Glacier, which dragged soils rich in numerous minerals down from Valle d’Aosta. A variety of minerals can be found in the wine grown here and is its characterising feature.
