90% Montepulciano, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Abruzzo. 18 months ageing in 225 litre barriques. Aged in the bottle for 18 months in underground tunnels.
Deep ruby red. Aromas of plum, fruit of the forest, wild cherry and spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, balanced, persistent with light tannins and toasted notes.
Excellent paired with cured meats, aged cheeses, pasta and rice dishes with mushroom and truffles. Perfect with meat and game.

The Bosco Nestore estate was established in 1897. Its vineyards are located in the hills of Nocciano, Abruzzo and are protected on two sides by the Maiella and Gran Sasso mountains.
