100% Grechetto grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 18° C. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is left in contact with the lees until bottling.
It has a bright pale lemon colour, becoming more golden with ageing.
A fresh, intense, bouquet of lemon with fruity notes of pear, ripe pineapple, and stewed apple. A touch of spice, chamomile, candied fruit, and nuts (white nougat - torrone) are also apparent.
The palate is rounded, tangy, fruity, a good minerality with notes of lemon, and a final slight pleasantly bitter almond note.
Enjoy it paired with fish, white meat, vegetarian dishes, and fresh cheeses.

The Di Filippo winery is situated in Cannara (Perugia) with 30 hectares of vineyards, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun-drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria.
Di Filippo believe that high-quality grapes can only be produced by working with care and by showing respect for the principles and rhythms of nature. The grapes are cultivated strictly following certified organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of fungicides, herbicides, or other chemical compounds. These natural methods help the land to give its best, resulting in lower production yields per hectare and exceptional, characteristic wines.
