A cross of Pinot Bianco and Riesling vines created by Professor Luigi Manzoni.
Pale lemon with greenish hues. Enveloping and persistent with characteristic aromatic note that is somewhat reminiscent of honeycomb and Artemisia blossom. Balanced, dry, refined and velvety body.
Recommended with fish, oysters, white meat, soups, vegetable soufflés and aged cheeses.
- About The Producer
The Carmina Estate was founded by the Sacchetto family. It is surrounded by six hectares of vineyards located in the hills to the northeast of Conegliano, where Prosecco has found its natural home. Their goal is to exalt the characteristics and quality of their wines, produced in limited quantities and consequently destined for connoisseurs.
