Bright, crystal-clear, transparent. Aromatic, intense, gently ethereal, enveloping, fine, fresh, fragrant, with delicate floral hints of brier rose petals, orange blossoms, lily of the valley, elderberry, sage, citrus fruits and typical scents of Moscato grapes. Smooth, delicate, gentle, well-rounded, refined, savoury, characteristic, complex, fruity and persistent of apple and pineapple, vivacious, with clear aromatic background and notes of bread crust, confirming the olfactory perceptions.

In the small Trentino town of Mezzolombardo, the de Vardas - noblemen since 1678, were prominent vineyard owners and grappa producers. At the beginning of the 19th century, Michele Dolzan started the art of distillation. The Dolzans are heirs to a long family tradition of wine-growing and winemaking experience that has been handed down from one generation to the next.
