700 ml bottle - in an elegant gift box
Alc. 42% by vol.
Villa De Varda Grappa Gran Riserva 12 Generazioni was born from the union of two families with 100s of years of experience in the world of distillation: The Dolzan family - six generations of Grappa distillers in Trentino and the Grant family, six generations of Scotch Whisky distillers in Speyside.
100% Pinot Nero grape skins from the Trentino region. Softly pressed and distilled straight after racking. Ageing in oak casks previously used for the ageing of Glenfarclas whisky.
Bright yellow-gold colour. Fine and intense with delicate hints of fresh pastries and spices. Exceptionally smooth, elegant and with a unique personality. On your first sip, it tastes like an aged grappa but finishes like a whisky - it is a real treat for the senses!
Enjoy it at the end of a meal at 18-20°C for the best tasting experience.

- About The Producer
In the small Trentino town of Mezzolombardo, the de Vardas - noblemen since 1678 - were prominent vineyard owners and grappa producers. At the beginning of the 19th century, Michele Dolzan started the art of distillation. The Dolzans are heirs to a long family tradition of wine-growing and winemaking experience that has been handed down from one generation to the next.
