Made from 100% Pinot Grigio pomace from vineyards in Trentino, northeast Italy
Bright, crystal-clear, transparent. Pleasant, well-balanced, delicately fruity, and very fine with the typical fragrance of just-picked Pinot Grigio grapes, ripe pear, small berries, peach, citrus fruit, vanilla, camomile, and floral nuances. On the palate, it is smooth, fragrant, fresh, and savoury, with a well-balanced and persistent structure and distinct notes of white current and apple.

In the small Trentino town of Mezzolombardo, the de Vardas - noblemen since 1678, were prominent vineyard owners and grappa producers. At the beginning of the 19th century, Michele Dolzan started the art of distillation. The Dolzans are heirs to a long family tradition of wine-growing and winemaking experience that has been handed down from one generation to the next.
