- About The Producer
The Di Filippo winery is situated in Cannara (Perugia) with 30 hectares of vineyards, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun-drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria.
Di Filippo believes that high-quality grapes can only be produced by working with care and by showing respect for the principles and rhythms of nature. The grapes are cultivated strictly following certified organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of fungicides, herbicides, or other chemical compounds. These natural methods help the land to give of its best, resulting in lower production yields per hectare and exceptional, characteristic wines.
