750 ml bottle
Certified sustainable winery
This wine is a field blend of Vermentino, Verdicchio, Fiano, Manzoni Bianco and Petit Manseng grapes from the 'Campo Bianco' vineyard in the hills of Castagneto Carducci (Bolgheri) that run along the southern Tuscan coastline.
Made without correctives or additives that would alter the original characteristics of the wine. The grapes are fermented together, then age for 12 months in stainless steel and a further 12 months in the bottle.
This wine "Criseo" means made of gold in ancient Etruscan. Indeed, once poured in the glass, it is a beautiful bright golden colour.
It is fresh and elegant, with hints of flowers, fruit, herbs, and honey in the finish. The aging of the wine increases its mineral notes. It is full-bodied, complex, rich, well balanced, and with a long finish.
It pairs perfectly with vegetarian, fish, or curry dishes, cheese, white meat, and pasta with white sauce, or simply enjoy it on its own!
This is a wine of continuous evolution with medium to long ageing potential.
