The Di Filippo winery is situated in Cannara, Perugia with 30 hectares of vineyards, overlooking Assisi, resting on sun-drenched hills between Torgiano and Montefalco, in the heart of Umbria.

Di Filippo believe that high-quality grapes can only be produced by working with care and by showing respect for the principles and rhythms of nature. The grapes are cultivated strictly following certified organic and biodynamic methods, without the use of fungicides, herbicides, or other chemical compounds, and are vegan friendly. These natural methods help the land to give its best, resulting in lower production yields per hectare and exceptional, characteristic wines.
